David grew up in Houston, Texas and went to college in Tucson at the University of Arizona, where he graduated at the top of his class. This is where he fell in love with the scenic mountains and the beautiful, desert landscape. 

After college, David moved to Chicago to experience big city life and to pursue a career in

the entertainment industry. He worked for The Second City and many TV shows, and he also performed in the top comedy clubs in Chicago and around the Midwest. David and his wife Mary were married in Chicago, and a few short months later, they were living in Vegas starting their new life together.

Since 2018, David and his family have called Las Vegas home. And they haven’t looked back since. They absolutely love living in Las Vegas!  Being such Las Vegas enthusiast, David even hosts a podcast about living in Las Vegas, called Vegas Faces. David aims to share his passion, love, and excitement of living in Las Vegas with everyone.

Prior to residential real estate sales, David was a Property Manager for some of the top companies in Las Vegas. He has personally been buying, selling, and flipping homes since his arrival in 2018.
